This is the original movie advertising glass preview slide titled "Mrs. Charlie Chaplin (Mildred Harris) in Lois Weber’s production of FORBIDDEN". They made several movies with her wide eyed loving smile. Mildred Harris was 17 when she and Charlie Chaplin wed (Charlie was 29). Following her split with Charles Chaplin, she went directly into an affair with the Prince of Wales. See http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0010140/. Slide is in very good condition with light snow flake bubbling of hand painting, but does display very well. It has no cracks or broken tape and measures 4 x 3.25 inches. They are very rare and highly sought after by museums and professional collectors as they continue to escalate in value.
