These are beautiful Art Nouveau Lorgnette with spring opening by the famous Unger Bros. Unger Bros were premier makers of spectacular jewelry and Lorgnettes. Inside case they are stamped Sterling 925 Fine with logo of Unger Bros. Handle is engraved with owners initial “H”. Both sides have ornate floral designs and swirls. Detail to vermeil gold wash adds a stunning patina. The spring is good and optics are excellent. Handle is 4.5 inches long and when lenses open 4 inches across. Collectors of antique opera glasses or Lorgnettes will find these an accent to their collection.
