This is a rare Tooth Key was designed in Dogleg form and dates to middle 1800s. Tooth Keys are seldom found and reflects an amazing piece of dental history. It is pictured and described in the book “Antique Dental Instruments” by Bennion of tooth keys from 1790 to 1830. This rare treasure has a wood Walnut handle with ornate non plated steel extension. It is in very good condition for 200+ years of age. Size 6” long x 4” handle. Overall condition is beautiful. It is in very good condition will highlight any collection of old dental instruments.
