This is a 1970s IBM Computer Engineer’s Control Panel to diagnose problems with the System 370’s 3803-2 Data Channel Control Unit (for Tape, Disk and Peripheral hardware data exchange to mainframe). It is a beautiful display of old computer equipment with dials, lights and switches to debug, diagnose and program computers of the 1970 era. Size is 13.5” x 9.5” x 3”. Shipping Weight is 10 lbs. There are 6 dials, 10 toggle switches, and 30 lights of green, red and white colors. Two of the knobs are showing light cracks, but still turn. This 30+ year old rare treasure will highlight any collection of vintage computing that belongs in a museum or with a serious collector.
